    Description

    Plastic sleeve marked "Westinghouse Semiconductors Youngwood PA" and base of device shows the Westinghouse "W" logo, a thyristor symbol, and the designator "251S HV". Base stud is screwed into a white plastic base which has Westinghouse "W" logo. Appears to be new old stock but being sold as used, not tested. Would make a very nice display piece. Found in a ham radio operator's estate. See photos for condition and please ask any questions before purchasing.
