As added information, this doll fell apart very early on, and her pieces were stored at room temperature for the past 70+ years. She was very dirty when I received her. I hope this helps! Jill

Please note: After doing more research in my Terri Lee book by Peggy Casper, this beautiful doll is possibly a very early painted plastic Terri Lee with, of course, a mannequin/wiry type wig used at that time. This would of been a transitional doll from composition, made for a short time, 1946, and is still rare and keeps her very high value. And. she is a beauty! Please bid accordingly. Thank you, Jill

As information, and after checking, the early painted plastic Terri Lee's have a higher blue book value than composition Terri Lee dolls. Thanks, Jill
