Vintage 7” sitting all felt man caricature German feather in hat doll figure

Description

Approximately 7 inches tall sitting and 5 inches wide.
I don’t see any maker marks on him or even know where you would look what he’s made out of all Felt and cloth. I’m thinking his character is a German man with mustache and feather in his hat he looks like he’s ready for the Oktoberfest.
I can see some of the stitching in the back of his arms and a little bit discolored but not bad. No odors.
