For units reimaged with a Microsoft Windows operating system, recovery media will accompany the unit. Upon initial boot, the buyer must accept Microsoft's End User Terms and Conditions.
For units WITHOUT an operating system, the buyer is responsible for providing their own copy of Microsoft Windows, if Windows is desired. In these cases, we will NOT provide any software media (this includes windows operating systems or windows based software) or support of any kind for Microsoft Windows or Microsoft Windows products.
