playground equipment/ can be used as ada accessible for wheelchairs. Condition is "Used". This is wheel chair capable when it was installed there was a concrete ramp leading up to it. The wheel chair sits in the middle and they can grab handles and sway back and forth, or there is seating on both ends. The heavy duty galvanized base bolts on a concrete pad (roughly 4' square) and needs one step or a ramp built to access the deck. The only damage is near base of flag pole looks like water possibly froze and split it. I have equipment to load, you to provide trucking. Local delivery is possible. This is 5'-6" wide by 10' long. Not sure on the weight and the flag pole can be removed.
