Near excellent unused ca.1913 white border postcard of the Entrance to Fred G. Smith's Recreation Parlor or Hall, Plankinton Arcade, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, WI  Women in long clothing, moon behind clouds, place for one cent stamp, minor corner wear, crisp and clean for age. P
