Terri Lee is wearing a flared petticoat.   This petticoat is made using one of her originals as a pattern.   It is made from a white nylon tricot material.  The petticoat has white satin ribbons for straps and a  flat lace on the top with a matching gathered lace on the hem.  The lace has a sheen to it.   The slip closes in the back with tiny white buttons sewn over tiny snaps.    There is a  satin bow and rose sewn in the center at the top.  The rhumba panties are made from the nylon tricot and have 2 rows of the white lace with 2 white bows and rosettes.    All seams are serged.
