PICKUP ONLY:
After purchase of the listed item, I will message you through Ebay about an agreeable date and approximate time of meeting (I'm retired and flexible with time).  If you do not respond to my message within 3 days I will cancel the order and leave negative feedback.  The buyer in person will meet me at the Village of Gifford Office Building NW corner of Illinois State Rt. 136 and Main St in Gifford, Il 61847.  Within about a 1/2 hour of your arrival at the meeting place, you will contact me with ETA so I can meet you there.  I WILL NOT meet with a common carrier or commercial delivery service.  No shows without contacting me will result in purchase cancellation and negative feedback.  After your inspection and approval of the item, you must have the means to pay for it through Ebay or pay in cash before I release it for you to take home.  No checks, bank drafts, or money orders!  I will check Ebay to make sure payment has been made.  If you prefer to go ahead and pay for the item when purchasing the listing that's even better (it will save some time).  If you decide the item is not as described and don't want it, I will refund your payment to your Ebay account, no problem.  Message me with any questions or concerns before the purchase.  I will NOT ship this item with or without your shipping label by any means.  Please don't ask!  Thanks!
