    Description

    A very nice primitive, folk art rag doll dressed for baptism? Approx. 15" tall. She came to me with a very old tag that says "Leona Dickman Baptysmal Dress 1895". She is made entirely of cloth with a needlepoint face and yarn like hair. The dress is a satin like fabric with precious bow and clear bead-like decorations. She is holding a bow bouquet.There is a very fragile lace overlay and veil that is unfortunately shredding/melting in several areas. She also has a clear bead-like necklace, stiff muslim underskirt, and leather boots. You will receive the tag as well. From a smoke free home. Ships in USA only.
