This appears to be a rare promotional ad in the form of a gift
by the makers of Simoniz Products. (Date unknown)
The folio includes a set of 6 collector prints of antique automobiles. (artist unknown)
Each print measures 9 1/8" across by 7 1/2" tall
The inside folio says:

Both the prints and the folio are on eggshell / ivory card stock/paper.
There are slight signs of age on folio itself.
