    Description

    Sensor labeled IMS 008 (originally Olympus / Panametrics, V103 1.0 MHz ultrasonic contact sensor with microdot connector
    Element size 0.5 inch diameter
    S/N IMS 008  (unit has been modified the original Panametrics serial number removed)
    Test condition fluid contact in pulse-echo mode with 90V drive on 1 inch thick steel target.
    Image shows reverberation echo within steel block.  Output waveform looks good but sensitivity is 10 dB down from that of new V103 longitudinal sensor
